We are currently interviewing for plumbers, HVAC technicians and apprentices who are looking to be part of a growing organization here on Fire Island.
- Experience in both commercial and residential roughs
- Have basic service skills such as: unstopping drains, toilets, and water lines, finding and identifying problems with faucets, water leaks, and toilets
- Familiarity with water heaters and use of basic power tools
- HVAC – 1 year experience with installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Diagnosing mechanical faults with HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting, repairing, and performing warranty services
